Our employees, some of whom have been with the company since its inception, focus on creative, timely construction solutions of the highest quality to establish a continuous line of communication with our clients. Our staff of project managers, supervisors, estimators and key personnel understand our clients priorities, schedules, deadlines and budget constraints. Our philosophy is to work hard to create a real team approach to the building process and establish a strong foundation for a long-term relationship.

Eddie O’ Connor - Senior Field Supervisor
Eddie O’Connor has been a member of the M. O’Connor Contracting, Inc team since 1984. Eddie started out as a Master Carpenter and moved his way up to Forman Carpenter and eventually Supervisor. Before coming to work for M. O’Connor Contracting, Inc he was an apprentice carpenter in Ireland and had an excellent knowledge of Historic Restoration Layout and hands on supervision. He holds a Massachusetts State Building License and is working on his 30th year in the construction industry. |

Joe O’Connor - Senior Field Supervisor
Joe O’Connor has been a member of the M. O’Connor Contracting, Inc team since 1978. A master carpenter by trade with over 40 years of strong knowledge in the commercial retail and residential projects. Joe is well known for his ability to resolve technical problems in trades. Joe’s great work with the office and project managers makes him a great member of our construction team. He is a major asset and a key part of M. O’Connor Contracting, Inc success. |

Michael O’Connor Jr - Assistant Project Manager
Michael O’Connor Jr has been actively involved in the business with his father since an early age with hand on experience working the field during school and college vacations. He is key player in the day to day operations of the company. A graduate of Boston College where he majored in Economics and Business Management. He has also successfully completed courses in Project Management at Northeastern University. |

Mark Sargent - Field and Construction Manager
Mark Sargent has years of hands on experience in carpentry by trade and supervision of residential and commercial projects. Mark has completed the Construction Management Program at Northeastern University and Architectural Drafting at Worcester Industrial Technical Institute. Mark also serves as our Company Safety Officer and frequently visits all project sites for safety meetings and inspections. He has outstanding communication skills and is a great asset to out company. |
